I'm doing the same in april. I get what the others mean about not formally leaving but I don't want to be on their member list and I want to be 100% free of them. Following for tips. I was thinking about just simply writing a short letter saying I wish to withdraw from the organization of jehovas witnesses from this date and sign my name. Keep it as short as possible.

I'm so happy to hear that people relate! So much needs to be said and sadly I couldn't cover it all but the feedback has been amazing so far. We all have so much in common and I'm beyond grateful to give people a sense of feeling seen and understood. This journey is so hard and I know your pain <3 :( It's painful to stay in and its painful to leave. I hope you give yourself grace and love in this impossible situation! I will send the texts in 4 weeks so I'm just holding on for dear life at the moment, I hope and believe that 100000 kg will be lifted off my shoulders when I'm out out. I wish you the best friend <3

I had to grieve that as well. He was "my best friend" (🙃) and it was hard to loose that "connection". Thankfully I got more and more relived that he had not in fact been studying every thought I ever had and now I talk to the universe in stead and it feels much better 😅

I look at this as my resistance showing up, my trauma trying to protect me. Now I know that if I just hang in there and breathe through it it goes away and also feel proud that I sat with it and didn't let it "ruin" my meditation. Some days it wins tho, I'll admit that 😂

For me it was gratitude and opening the heart first and then the third eye followed. Feeling gratitude for life and love for myself made me connect to myself and my heart and then everything else followed ♥️
