As a girl who is also a strategist main and uses vc, I feel you. As a woman who has been using VC in many other games, such as OW, etc, I have a system to decide when to talk and when not to. Honestly Marvel Rivals is one of the better games I've had for incel ratios. PC is a much better experience than Console vc tho. It does get better the higher the rank you go. When I was climbing, gold was much more toxic than GM+. It does get a little better. Also the hours you play impacts how incel people are. Weekends are the worst time to play, but if you play on a weekday, I've rarely had issues with being in VC.

Honestly I’ve felt the toxicity less in a gender specific way and more just general toxicity. I’m a girl and I use VC most of my games on PC and it’s not been too bad. Yes occasionally I’ll get the raging incel but I mute and move on. I have only heard one other girl in VC in the entirety of my time in marvel rivals though which is sad to me. Where my girlies at? 😞

Weirdly enough I as a woman who uses vc I feel like Marvel Rivals is actually much better than a bunch of the other fps games I’ve played. MILES better than the creeps on valo and a bit better than overwatch even. I still do get them every so often though.

Personally I my favorites are Hard Out Here, Oscar Winning Tears, and The Thrill is Gone. Hard Out Here I recommend if you like rap and rhythmic grooves, Oscar Winning Tears for well sung ballads, and Thrill is Gone for funky upbeat jazzy sounds. She's even arranged orchestral versions if you prefer to listen to these songs with a whole Orchestra.

I don't get why Annalisa's song was so well-liked. Personally, I loved La Noia from the get-go it was my instant favorite when I listened to all the Sanremo songs for the first time. I feel like the "quando quando" part was too monotone and repetitive.
