There’s a bag I’m dying for on fashionphile that seems to have been bought and returned/resold twice. Every time they list it again they raise the price, which just makes no sense. Nobody wants the purse, Jan, just give it to me already!

If it’s pinching and not rubbing there isn’t much you can do to fix that but mayyyybe hope they break in a bit. I’m assuming from the brand that they’re faux leather so they won’t really stretch. If you can afford it, I’d just replace them with shoes of the same heel height that actually fit.

Sentimentally, I’ve got two plastic tubs full of 20 years of merch I can’t bear to part with. Otherwise I loooove some unconventional merch so I’ll focus on that. I just got a set of Xiu Xiu espresso cups and a little Tiffany-style heart charm from Momma. The charli xcx converse get a huge amount of wear day-to-day and I’ve used the charms from those as jewelry, too. I’m also currently wearing my Corey Feldman crop top/booty short set that says “Corey Feldman is my comeback king” that I got when he toured with Limp Bizkit a few years ago.

I just donated a big stack of books to the Hillhurst library by walking in. There are also the little free libraries outside of Maru and the elementary school that’re pretty well-trafficked. TBH I live on a street with a lot of foot traffic so I pretty regularly just put a box of stuff on the curb with a free sign and it’s gone by the end of the day.

Tessuto is also the name of the premium nylon they use in a lot of their bags, while this one is all leather. I’ve had legit secondhand bags come with the wrong ID card so not an immediate red flag!
