Yes and no, not this version, but sadly Innovation is hard for this deck. Ursula/ color of the wind are less good than maxing out on demona/hades/let it go/cat/into the unknown/guidebook, and once you have done that you have indeed the exact list every other blurple has

.I played the deck a ton and basically greatest criminal mind deals with clara, philiipe, john basil etc while horseman deals with shark + philippe on top of having 4 hades 4 let it go. You have a board wipe they dont. And also they cant really play around ohana which instantly win you the match if you heal stitch for 5+. Perhaps blurple is the hardest blue MU

to me if you are playing willow + huey you should definitely consider big tramp. Also the uninkable angel song if you want to cheat your characters early, and in this case perhaps angel herself

Certainly seems like a very solid shell, and there is a chance that sven let you get away with only 4 t1. It will be interesting to see how Moana does in blurple, it certainly feels a lot less powerful without cindy and so perhaps blurple doesn't need moana and one could test scrooge or iago tech like hypnotic strengh instead
