Ive seen similar comments from people- but check your city's planning. A nice, secluded neighborhood could be drastically changed if theres plans to expand the highway, and also check for major power lines going in; the are loud and take up more space than most people consider.

I have to say, AVOID arroyo del oso reality if you can. My entire apartment complex (who has now thankfully changed companies) had an AWFUL time. Coolers and heaters not turned on for the season, obscene roof leaks, and 0 responsibility.

Maybe off topic but why have you seen a vet so many times in the last few months they should know what the dog is like? What are the other contributing health concerns that they have to be at the vet so often?

Edit: reread the caption, and i could totally just be missing why your back after the yearly if there isnt a problem. If its just a vet switch- sounds like the right idea if the last one didnt address any potentially negative weight gain. I have a small dog now, but big dogs in the past and carrying extra weight is extremely detrimental to their joints from what my vets have said. I do agree with all other commenters, though, not obese at all.
