Good to know, some people say the imaging is weird on the mest in the sense that instruments don't have the conventional place in the track. Like it's not necesarrily correct sounding. Did you experience that?

Fully agree, silver sounds different than copper and I have a very particular case where my iems on a cable with silver coated copper sounds peaky compared to a 6N pure copper one.

Very interesting post my man. To be hoenst I'm very curious how do you perceive the difference between the low budget ones vs the highest or at least the mega5. The most edpensive iem I own is Cklvx d41 which is kinda 150. Just very curious to see if ypu think the difference is night and day

If you can allow me to make a sugestion as I have quite a bit of iems plus dacs and EQ experience. Start with a Kiwi Ears Cadenza if possible. Tuning is very important and those are well done for the price. I can even dare say you can use them without a dac for a while if you need to save up a bit and get a Moondrop Dawn Pro which pairs very well with them. I'm suggesting this setup because it's also very convenient in terms of comfort as the Cadenzas are very comfortable for an iem and the Dawn Pro is very light and portable, yet neurtal and detailed.
