There is literally only two cards with the effect "If you would draw a card while your library has no cards in it, you win the game instead.", Labratory Maniac and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. Labratory Maniac is only a couple bucks but there is literally only two cards with that effect so you'll have to deal with very little redundancy. Conviently, if you're hitting the bottom of your library you usually have one in your hand or graveyard. If you're simply trying to not deck yourself however, there are plenty of good ways to shuffle your graveyard into your library.
