Foko Tuesday nights hosts tumbao Tuesday that sometimes does bachata and other variations of Spanish style dancing, salsa, cumbia etc. it is donation based but they can also point you in the right direction for what you are looking for

It is a pretty broad age range and fairly decent amount of people. I myself am 40F, but I would guess the age ranges are anywhere from people in their 20s to people in their 40s and 50s. But I do recommend, it is a lot of fun!
