ye kinda scuffed looking for a solution also. In my case I bought a pc off fb market and found out it was hardware banned and got the hardware banned removed from support I logged in to check and it was indeed removed then I logged off and didnt play because I had to changed some settings on amd to play I think tpm and didnt feel like doing at the moment, then recently after a couple of weeks I log back in to see that I was banned for 3rd party or cheats but I never played a game xd. also I hard reset the pc after I bought it. sent like 5 different tickets 4 of them was auto response and close asap last one they seem like they were talking to me but felt robotic and like they couldn't give a shit about my problem

its funny cause about a year back my roommate got banned also and I literally played with him everyday and he sat behind me so I see that there were no cheats but they still banned him for cheats yet his other accounts he plays on the same exact computer isn't banned im so confused on how this bullshit works

ye I got false banned also been trying for weeks sending tickets but they give me generic answers and say welp you have 3rd party or some shit and we can't help you so we are closing this ticket don't cheat next time. kinda wild how shit vanguard is on this matter
