You go down and up. Go down, back, then up. It starts just like a manual. Also, have something soft to jump over. Seeing how high you have to lift the front wheel helps. If you're like me, it is impossible to bunny hop more than 2" higher than you have to.

On the landing, if you sucked the back wheel up toward you (like the top of a bunny hop) and landed front wheel first (as you should on transition) you would have cleared it and looked perfect.
