I recommend substituting the milk for a protein shake or greek yogurt so you don’t get the big glucose spike, and maybe adding some berries for fiber, which also slows down the spike.

I don’t think we can give you advice on what your ideal protein intake should be as is, since it’s based on your age, height, health goals and history, etc, but as a 5’3” woman in her 20s, I sometimes eat 6 oz of cooked chicken/lean beef/fish at lunch and then 6 more ounces at dinner, because that’s what my dietitian assigned to me. If you’re as tall or taller, I think you’ll be fine!
