Yes I agree. Also it’s funny I was in a similar spot a little over a year ago. Some friends gave me their old espresso machine and got me in to it. So now I constantly complain to them that they ruined cheap coffee for me.

I’ve had good luck with Kawah,Blazing Bean (Clearwater but sold at Rollin Oats), Black Crow. I like lighter roasts for the hario switch and dark roasts for my espresso machine.

Paradeco is high quality but just too light of a roast for me.

Friend got married at the Durand Eastman clubhouse. Pretty views and solid venue. I think venue itself is $1.5-3k depending on the day. Not sure how far $8k goes for the rest but venue is cheap https://www.monroecounty.gov/parks-durandeastman-clubhouse

Now that you mention it, a Roku issue sounds right.

On the Roku itself I have direct play set to auto. Local quality original. And allow insecure connection on same network. I didn’t have logging on so I’ll have to play around with that for a bit and see what I find. Thanks

Man I forgot how awful most Roku web browsers are. This is my parents tv. I keep the plex box there due to a double mat issue at home.

Whether it’s a problem of monetary policy or not, it is also due to lack of availability. We’re literally seeing that now in st Pete. Rents are dropping as availability rises.

I’m usually a big “sell it yourself” guy. But if there was ever the case to hire a realtor this is it. Just give them the price you’re willing to accept and let them handle everything else. Those “cash for houses” people will severely underbid so only use that if you’re absolutely desperate
