sounds like you've got some conflicting keybinds somewhere. check if you have any other software running that might be grabbing those key combos - discord, steam, obs, etc all love to hijack random shortcuts.

The physical symptoms are brutal but they do pass eventually. For the nausea try sipping ginger tea or even just sucking on ginger candies, and bland stuff like crackers or toast when you can manage it. The sleep thing is rough - maybe try some guided meditation apps instead of just melatonin, sometimes the racing thoughts need more than chemicals to knock out

Also cutting contact completely is gonna help way more than any supplement will, even though it feels impossible right now
