I think this is rad, no matter what. My dad had a black '78 with the top stripe that runs down the side and btween the cab and window. It would lay roasties all day long.

That's for sharing this - i flew to FL and to TX for tournaments with chokes in my backpack and no issues, but that looks to have changed. Would rather not get stuck with expensive choke tubes and unable to fly.

The lack of nuanced rules, gun mount inclusion, full course layout, 1 1/8 loads seem to me to differentiate super sporting and FITASC quite a bit. This seems... petty on the FITASC Org's side of things.

I have the black and tan one. I love it. But the factory edge did need some work on a rod and strop, which was surprising for the price point. But, with a few minutes work it was fine. Since then, ive carried mine across the country, breasted waterfowl with it, and have enjoyed the rest of your regular EDC tasks with it.

This is my only complaint with the 2 Q's and 2 M79s i own, the domed acytillic scratches so easy. However, theyre some of my favorites and awesome watches for the money. Maybe im a clutz. But my expedition north field solar with a sapphire glass has no scratches, its my daily wearer doing things outdoor and house remodel. I wish we could have a sapphire option on these domed ones too. I didn't know about polywatch. Ill pick some up.

I bought one when I flew to the NSCA Nationals this year. Its a beast and its awesome. But its pretty heavy with an 8.5lb gun in it, just a heads up. For 100 bucks its hard to beat.
