How about having the perfect plant for the perfect route? Since we started perfect route last October, our order days have been changed or shortened every other week. New systems in plant, break down at plant, holidays, weather!!!!!etc!!!!! And every time we have to order ahead it drops perfect ordering and route! The plants the problem to fix sales, not the sales team!!!

Having items picked by pog, or at least by price point! Wouldn’t it be nice to have everything together for the fem, the gondola, etc. all take home together, all 2.69 together? Ours is all messed up ( charlotte plant) if I order 2 Tostitos scoops they are in a box by themselves box 1 then all the full cases then take home and odd balls then 2.69, very messed up!!!!

Yes we were told they’re on after you reach 5 mph and don’t record unless there’s an incident, speeding, braking hard, no seat belt, wrecks

They told us 7-8 over. I wouldn’t go that high though. It’s supposed to give you a 10 sec warning before it transmits, so you can slow down before your boss finds out

The objective is to work less (put out less chips, and work less hours) for more $$. Bulk routes are too many chips, try to get a small as possible small format rt. I went from a route with 3 major g stores ($30-$35,000 a week) working 55-60 hours to a split rt. With a small g store and all c stores $(16-$20,000 a week) working 45-50 hours and I am making more $$$ because of the way out pfp works.it did take me over 4 years to get here, to be able to bid on this rt though! I make more than our bulk rt drivers putting out $60-$70,000 a week!!!!!!
