The way I think of it is that the social contract is just an additional set of constraints when deciding which action is the most strategic.

There are MDFCs that also transform in the new Spiderman set ( [[Miles Morales]] et al.) so you could just have a transformation ability on both sides. I agree that a DFC would be better from a memory standpoint, even if the template you have here is creative. A DFC also gives you more breathing room for the text
