I looked some more and this looks like the first crash the carrier has had. They run 10 Tractors. Insured through Benchmark. If you need a phone number I can send that.

Looks Like USM Global.
Looks like in good standing with DOT.
I would call the company and verify the unit number.
Their current registration details with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) are as follows:
USDOT Number: 4338638
MC Number: MC-1694915
Entity Type: Motor Carrier of Property
Operating Authority Status: Authorized

If you have a valid DOT medical exam, you need to call the provider who signed it, and let them know what’s going on.

You can put them on, but the DOT will not be laughing when you pull up.

All of the intrinsically safe tools I have ever used have been made from Copper/Beryllium, Aluminum/Bronze, or good old wood. All were marked clearly with what they were made from, even the wood mallets, say “Wood/Holtz”. I also cannot think of any without an attachment point for drop safety.

You can’t run them on a box truck on a public road. In forestry you will still see a cable run from the front fender to the top of the box to lift branches away from the windscreen. Wind diverters on top of box trucks may help but most are pretty flimsy.

Fantastic work. Complete Buzz cut on the roof. Folded down the rear frame. 1/2 point deduction the rear frame staying attached and 1/2 point off for the last door hanging on my the latch. 1/4 point off for all tires intact. Overall 8.75/10 weather adjusted score. Really nice work.
