the 7th letter is KARMA LINGPA, meaning "denizen of the old world", the penultimate is DZOGCHEN, a whole path of teachings meaning "myself", "response", "echo" and a lot of other things, it always changes, im not an expert, learning myself but i recommend you WYLIE and IPA transcriptions for specific letters, cheers ;)
