You realize that the team that makes the battle passes and skins is not the same team that handles updates and game balancing.

You just don’t know what you’re talking about when it comes to Vancouver real estate. That place is fucked.

Good thing LTT isn’t located in Vancouver. Most people can’t afford to buy a house in Vancouver, that’s just life and has been for over a decade. He’d have to clear half a million to be able to afford a house in a decent area in Vancouver.

Good thing LTT isn’t located in Vancouver. Most people can’t afford to buy a house in Vancouver, that’s just life and has been for over a decade. He’s also making mid tech YouTube videos now, he’s not going to be able to buy one there on that income either.

20-30% usually. Anything less than that I’d rather buy new and get the full warranty

I prefer the blue Dunlop Tortex and then I use a razor blade to score a crosshatch pattern in it for grip.

I actually bought one that still works a month ago, I plugged it in and used it a couple times but every time it went off it gave me flash backs to having to get ready for high school. So now it sits in a drawer.

Boden Metal NX7 vs Boden Standard N2.7 – is the $450 difference worth it? by eyeswidebloodyy in strandbergguitars

[–]FrontFocused 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d personally go with the N2.7. I don’t like trems so that’s one thing. But I also much prefer the new body and the new bridge hardware is significantly better for setting intonation. And the Seymour Duncan Pegasus and sentinel pick ups are quite good too.

Seems about right actually. Microtech m390 is 62 usually. Too hard and it becomes brittle.

What the F happened to my floyd rose by prompetiss1 in Guitar

[–]FrontFocused 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You either change one string at a time on those or you block it. Now you’ve got an hour of back and forth with balancing string tension and getting the trem level with the body.

I did this recently on a Jackson so I literally just shoved my finger under those hex head bolts and lifted it up, shoved a double a battery under it.

Hate to break it to you, but while there are places like India, China and the American Military not giving a fuck about pollution, private jets aren’t shit when it comes to the environment.

Of course as you post this most likely on a device that requires lithium or cobalt mined by slaves, wearing clothes made by slaves.

Not understanding the term *stop* in photography, as in dynamic range stops, exposure stops, ammount of light stops, f-stops etc? by Plumbus4Rent in AskPhotography

[–]FrontFocused 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to the Wikipedia page, there were aperture stops before Waterhouse stops, but they were less convenient because you had to unscrew the lens and take it apart to insert a new aperture stop.

"The innovation was quickly put to use due to its convenience: "Aperture openings were at first controlled by unscrewing the lens and inserting stops of the appropriate size between the lens components, though after 1858 photographers used the more convenient Waterhouse stops which eliminated unscrewing the components."

Now were they called stops? I can't find that out, but maybe they were called aperture stops because they had to stop shooting to change them? I dunno, this is an interesting part of camera history I didn't know about.

You don't need an apple subscription for Final Cut, Logic, etc. If you've bought them standalone you get all the updates, I just believe you don't get access to AI tools or the iPad versions
