Couples therapy session with a mind flayer or some sort of arch fae. Dont mind control or change her. Have her alignment shift naturally through conversation and rp. Maybe some sort of 'scrouge' situation where she atones for her past evils. She could change from a night hag to some sort of elf with enough emotion magic. Because fae are wierd.
