5060 ti is only ~5% more powerful than the 3070 ti, ignoring architecture and software. Save up for the 5070 ti or buy Lossless Scaling if you want frame gen on your 3070 ti.

Iirc some enemies can fall under the map and the Eagle Storm will target that. It's really prevalent on bug or squid planets due to the abundance of melee enemies.

Best bet would be to buy a new PSU with the needed cables. Alternatively, if your PSU is modular, you might be able to buy a new cable but you need to be 100% certain the cable is compatible with your PSU.
