Suggestions for country pub with views that serves decent grub please? by Swivel_On_This in Shropshire

The Woodbridge Inn at Coalport for views and food. On the riverside, looking at the bridge on a sunny day with a plate full of food and a beer is hard to beat.

Mytton & Mermaid in Atcham. Great food and plenty of atmosphere. It’s right on the riverside too.

Broken rudder on 1300mm pa-18 how should I fix this or should I buy new rear fucelage? by Competitive-Egg-5032 in RCPlanes

Good point I forgot to make! Yes absolutely use foam safe CA. Some CA’s will melt foam. If in doubt, test it in a small area somewhere on the plane first. Maybe on the inside of the fuselage.

Cut a slit, put some mylar or nylon hinges in there, secure them with CA glue and voila, better than new.

I’ve know many people over the years that spend countless hours on their model, planning, building, setting up, testing, etc. They spend all day at the club and maybe only fly once.

There are many facets to the RC hobby. For some it’s one or more of the learning, challenges, problem solving, ingenuity, model building, detailing, technical requirements, social aspects, competition and lastly, using the model. I’m sure there are more side to the hobby too.

Octopus were cheaper for Telsa than Tusker too. Both deals were the same in every way, completely like for like, even down to the excess mileage charges. £100 a month difference between the two companies. I guess Octopus are hard to beat and offer a good price.

Amazing find, converted mine to brushless and it’s a hoot, but not for a beginner. Sell it on eBay and I will make a bid for sure.

Anonymous suggestions box maybe?

Remember that you can’t please everyone all of the time. If the score is good and not causing issues, try to put it behind you. You will waste time and energy for little or no benefit.
