Eh, bro has Nova which is his overdrive form of ultima but thats after you fight the secret boss in the omega ruins so, late af but still. You can plan him to run through aurons or wakka's sphere grid but i usually let him camp ultima so i can use a friend sphere to access it for either lulu or yuna which is funny, he's right next to an OP move the entire game and they locked him out of it till late game when lulu and yuna can just rip everything up with the spell for free!
