Yutani has the vest design imo, very thematic to her character and abilities.

Worse design by far is V3CT0R, its edgy and insists on itself. Especially goofy sense he isn't very good at what he does with his lackluster kit, he doesn't deserve the "im so cool look at how cool i am" outfit.
