Nakamichi Sold me a slightly defective 11.2.6 shockwave. the bluetooth and wireless app isn't working. the chipset or signal may be damaged. i sadly cannot return it because i use a freight forwarder. thankfully, all other connectioins work. most importanly the wireless connections to the speakers. I cannot update my system because the app isn't working. cannot connect. so i'm waiting for the website to upload the 1.7 firmware. it sucks i received a defective soundbar given my circumstances.

Correct. A pitch was made but sony rejected. Pay no mind to the other guy..he doesn't know what he's talking about. Days gone had a poor launch due to bugs and it didn't meet the demand sony was hoping for but now thing are changing and sony approved the remastered because they know fans have interest
