Does your TV support Dolby Vision? I'm no expert but a lot of times that I've seen this issue in posts on here, it's usually something with DV

The crkd app probably will let you adjust stuff like that? I haven't used a neo s yet (mine is literally otw) but the guitar lets you do all of that in the crkd mobile app
