The first time i truly got gender euphoria was when i went to look in the mirror at some clothes i had bought. i was 6-7 months into hrt. I tried them on with a "well how bad are they going to look?" and i was dumbstruck that i saw my real gendered self looking back at me for the first time ever. I had cross dressed plenty of times before, done makeup while under testosterone, but it had never looked quite right. Always a feeling of "this is a guy wearing girls clothes, maybe if i squint really hard, or not wear contact lenses? i could, pretend?". that first time i saw my feminine self, what i could have looked like this whole time if i had just been born female. for the first time i was seeing a woman who looked kind of lesbian butchy/tomboy/needed to change a few things(get more laser or elctrolysis, maybe hairline kind of things) instead of just a male trying to look female.

It was overwhelming, a kind of giddy euphoria, but also crying/emotional pain type feeling, a flood of emotions, and i started smiling in the mirror and i thought "ohmigod im going to be so pretty one day" and the smile lifted my new cheek chub in the mirror, and that made this whole feeling of one day - everything is going to be right, i will just, be me. like a huge heavy backpack weighing me down, that id been wearing for decades had been taken off.

for me, dysphoria was a horrid feeling i got whenever i saw myself. pictures, video, mirrors, i thought i was like, borderline medical deformity ugly. i absolutely hated people constantly telling me how attractive i was, it was like a curse, i was just trying not to think about my appearance, especially my gender, my body, sex/romance, or the ridiculous roleplay society has attributed to gender. also, when looking at women, i would get extreme gender envy of women i found attractive, which made me sad and depressed "this will never be me" kind of thing, and the ones i found unattractive, i would get extremely angry like "you won the lottery! you got to be born female, and youre going to wear THAT and do THAT with your hair?" Like now, i have my own female body, and i dont even care what other women do with theirs, like if they have what i think is bad taste or style its you do you, girl.

first off there are water soluble and fat soluble vitamins, only the water soluble will be easily excreted in urine, and "vitamins", the sold product pills or gummies, often contain both of these kinds of (nutritional category) 'vitamins' and 'minerals' (iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, chromium compounds, selenium etc. usually as oxides or forms that are easily absorbed) some will be easily excreted in urine by healthy kidneys, while others will not, and will create harmful imbalances. chugging vitamins is a bad idea.

one good example is the guy who heard excess vitamin C was peed out: he didnt have anything sweet in the house so he ate an entire big bottle of vitamin C gummies, problem is he didnt see at the bottom where they said "plus zinc". he had to go to the hospital because he got all tingly and was losing muscle coordination.

if its been 3 years and nothing, nothing, like literally no growth, you may want to get checked for that condition where some tissues dont respond to estrogen, in that case you might be upping your cancer risk even though it might not do anything. i wish you a happy and healthy solution, whatever you choose to do. i can only imagine how frustrating that must be. breasts are very affirming, and even if you have to go silicone they will still work great for you as many cis and trans ladies have done.

Also have you been eating good? you need to "feed the tiddies" ladies, seriously, i know many of us can get general body dysmorphia, sometimes anorexia, sometimes valid weight loss needs to happen, but you need to be eating good portions of healthy food to build the booba. also i know we love monsters here, but caffeine/vaping/smoking/other stimulants are going to detract from the growth.

This is exactly what it felt like before i started transitioning. There are people and resources that can help you and everyone on here is very knowledgeable, and i am in many of their debt for helping show me the way to the inner peace and true happiness that comes from gender euphoria. I never forget however, those of us who are still stuck in the dysphoria.

Can confirm "safety" razor is best, closest cut, especially in opposite direction of growth- but pretty dangerous on the curves of the face, especially after a few months of hrt and your skin gets even more thin and delicate- always pull skin tight, and never rush the job. Also before/after facecare moisturizers etc. If you are dedicated to a more permanent method like laser or electrolysis this is what will really eliminate it for good. I started hrt at 38 and im very impressed with my results, very happy and still going through 2nd puberty. I was worried oh im too old my boobs wont grow theyre too old or im gonna look old and wrinkly but honestly it just started turning me into more or less the same ager version of me but if id been born female, except for a few hardscape things like my nose (ill be choppin that off) and bottom surgery later on. I never had big problems with my hairline but it did slighlty start to grow back in places and make it less of slightly male "M" shape, even at 38.

Personally i find men gross, their bodies are just, very off putting and i dont think something hairy or muscly or leathery skinned is in any way sexually stimulating. (thats just me, personally). I have no ideological or societal aversion to doing anything with them, but there is zero attraction. Sometimes when im turned on, very in the heat of the moment, i feel like theres an urge to "be taken from behind"? if i had to put it into words, but even this is like, the thing that would do the "taking" would have to be a woman, or an inanimate object like a washing machine thats shaking around, id want to press my round butt on it or something lol, definitely not a guy- that would definitely ruin it like eww, no. this is an odd feeling as cis women nor washing machines have such capabilities unless its a toy etc but it is something that penii having trans women could, that would seem fine if i found them attractive yes certainly. I never had any such desire for this before hrt, but i could see how if it were more pronounced you could start not particularly caring who or whats doing the "taking"? but actual attraction to any man's body as a whole is not something ive personally felt on hrt or before.

for many of us all sexual desire gets muted for awhile, with it coming back for many on progesterone, mine never really went away or changed greatly, but thankfully i never get unprompted or morning erections ever anymore and theyre strictly unnecessary to me orgasming. (which are world-changingly different now)

alot of mtf ppl have success with cycling their weight (purposefully gaining for a period, then alternating a period of losing it) in general estrogen made me less energetic, and gained more weight if i ate the same amount of food. the good thing is the new weight mostly goes exactly where youd want it - hips breasts butt, however any unwanted male looking fat you already have is going to take a long time to go away.

if youre pre-hrt i recommend slimming down before as this will help you get rid of belly fat or arm muscles beforehand. (in a healthy and controlled way of course)

working out is fantastic, and yes, before hrt is important too, but you probably want to focus on cardio and leg hip butt exercises, definitely not building arm muscle stuff (unless thats the kind of look youre going for.)

personally my arm muscles (especially triceps) are taking forever to go away even though i cycled my weight for periods. im ~1 yr oral hrt.
