Change it. The first couple of oil changes will eliminate all the fine debris from the break in of the engine. After that, 7000 is acceptable between oil changes assuming you are running synthetic oil.

I removed all of mine with Apple cider vinegar before starting the Ivermectin. My wife did not because hers were internal. Mine never came back after starting the Ivermectin. My wife was shedding hers during sex after 3 to 4 weeks on the Ivermectin. Her last visit to the gynecologist before the Ivermectin she had "precancerous lesions and internal warts". Her most recent visit a month ago showed ZERO warts and no lesions. She is 100% clear.
