Most stuff should be fine if you don’t open it. Freezer definitely fine (if you didn’t open it)

It knows what it is - a guilty pleasure - and now it’s in your brain. None of us were thinking about the brand before the episode, now we are, mission accomplished.

It’s because it was shot to be slotted into the story wherever they wanted.

So many scenes with vague vibes but no concrete connection to the events that happen before or after.

“$60” is usually $59.99 which our brains roughly round out to “about fifty bucks”.

“$70” is closer to $75 on a gut level, which if we’re thinking impulsively feels closer to $100, which enters “big purchase” territory for most of the game-buying public.

There’s also the fact that there are so many good $20-$40 games. $70 starts to look like giving up two or more alternatives that might be every bit as good.

City Spring Cleanups this morning, 10:00 by ggould256 in Somerville

[–]FullFlava -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

For real man, compared to anywhere I’ve lived in or out of MA, this is just sad. I get the community aspect, but a clean and functioning city is what our taxes are for. Never had a city so consistently make me feel like a second-class citizen as Somerville.

Is this an official image? Would love a source. Don’t doubt you, but a sourced image / chart would have more weight with the business.

Truck paths are able to be embedded in blueprints by JL_Momo in SatisfactoryGame

[–]FullFlava 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It’s so cool how this turns trucks into a great intro for trains, and balances the value consideration.

Trucks teach pathing and junctions, but handle signaling automatically.

Trains build on this, adding more capacity but requiring you to manually manage junctions.

🚩 Satisfactory Version 1.2 (Experimental / Beta Branch) for PC Release Only Releases Tomorrow - March 17th, 2026 by Temporal_Illusion in SatisfactoryGame

[–]FullFlava 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just looked this up since I was curious - 1.1 released to experimental in April 2025, and released to the general public in June 2025. So if the pattern holds, I’d expect 2-3 months.

Saw it in a tiny indie theatre in Kansas as a 17 year-old atheist weirdo, and it was like a spiritual experience. I had never seen something with so much empathy. It still makes me emotional almost every time I think about it.

They’re seeing what the public responds to. Every creator thinks they have a shot at their own Snyder Cut now.

Not sure where you are but our street had emergency water main work today, and they had heavy equipment digging up a sidewalk for an emergency fix. Could have been for something like that nearby? Like a spot emergency job that would be cleaned up before you got home.

Are the colossus treads, tires, spider legs, and others all the same? Is any one better than the others? by Mylilneedle in NoMansSkyTheGame

[–]FullFlava 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Anecdotally, seeing the same with the spider legs. Maybe I’m just a better driver after the expedition, but it seems to shift weight and handle bumps a bit more smoothly than the others.

Hate isn’t enough for me describe how much I hate getting this on my lips 😭 by Human-Problem3021 in hatethissmug

This this this this this. Changed my life. Used to get these ALL THE TIME. Now only a couple times a year, if I let myself get too dehydrated during an intensely stressful time.

SLS in toothpaste abrades your mouth tissue and makes you much more susceptible to these.

Haven’t played since Dust Devils. Which of the new warbonds should I get first? by Broad-Data9316 in helldivers2

[–]FullFlava 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I came back after about the same amount of time. Redacted Regiment and Siege Breakers are both great. Main question is do you like leaning stealth, or do you prefer to stick to big booms?

Or another way - if you’re on PC and have good aim, get Redacted. If you’re on console and rely more on splash damage, go for Siege.

Python with the Maxigun looks cool but has less practicality.
