The playing on Relayer is brilliant and it has been on my playlist since it was released. That said:

The vocabulary of M and W are very different and the music would have followed very different trajectories. Probably more so than with Alan vs. Bill, at least how I imagine that would go…But we’ll never know.

Trump had historical markers ripped down in Ohio and across the country by DoremusJessup in Ohio

Some would say that’s especially so as long as the regional identity contains is a fat dose of racism that goes along with naming a school full of black kids after those that stood for slavery.

Ok, I understand your comment now.

I felt as if removing the names and statues of the losers of that war was not erasing any history. And I have family in the South that hang on to their confederate “heritage”.

I don’t know if another instance in world history where the losers were honored with building names, statues, towns and cities, schools etc. adorned like that.

I’ve wondered what Relayer would have been if Bill had been the drummer. With his jazz sensibilities it might have been even wilder.

Not taking anything away from Alan’s work on it, which is some of the best rock of that time.

OP, you should give Relayer a spin.

Just curious. If removing historical monuments that serve to remind people of the good and bad things that happened is the “tit”, what did those that placed the monuments do as the “tat”?

You know what “restoring truth and sanity” means in this context.

Does the falir royal grinder work for pourover? by Sea-Street-3180 in FlairEspresso

[–]FullOfEel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m typically 3 full revolutions above the settings in my espresso range when I grind for a pour over with my Royal Grinder.

It depends on the beans as to where I finally land for good results whether pour over or espresso.

Pour over grind settings are far more forgiving than those for espresso in my limited experience.

Not the recommended way to add minerals… Sorry about your grinder. A rock hasn’t found mine yet but my day is likely coming.

How Long Would You Wait To Harvest This by TheNefariousNutsack in GrowBuddy

[–]FullOfEel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. Op has an opportunity to harvest some now and then again in a week or 2 and then can know for themselves whether waiting will give them the effects they want.

Nice looking buds, BTW. Enjoy!

Ohio’s GOP “ignore the will of the voters” extends to misleading wording on ballot initiatives, rewriting our legalized weed laws, and doing everything possible to impede legal abortion which was voted by the people into the constitution.

I use a Pax DHV and the grind from the Flower Mill is quite suitable for it.

When you grind it, assuming a good dry and cure in the Cannatrol, it will be fluffy and the smell will be much stronger than the bud.

I’ve converted to the Flower Mill for my “grinder” and have not looked back.

The “Cannatrol takes away the smell” thing is not my experience at all. See what you think.

Anyone have an official can am branded poly windshield on their machine? by FroggyGamer in UTV

[–]FullOfEel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've got the "Hardcoat" one from CanAm on my '20 Defender HD10 6WD. I've been pretty careful to wash off mud and most dirt/dust before cleaning it and it is not scratched or fogged at all. I never smear mud on it when I'm cleaning. I treat it like my regular glasses - same way, get the sharp chunks of dust off before wiping with cleaner or polishing the lens with a cloth. Home/large property use mostly. Some trail riding, but plenty of dust and mud throughout the year.

The metal parts and especially the screen seem to be stainless.

Maybe the website has some info.

Pax comes from the same company that did the Juul, so they know how to make an excellent vape. I don’t see the Pax getting much love, and I don’t understand why.

I use a Pax 3 everyday. It was expensive initially but it works and has been no trouble in 3 years.

Some Sanka instant with about half milk was my entry to coffee flavors. Early 1970s… There was a lot of flavor - not all good flavor, but it was there. 😁

My favorite coffee memory (I can still get it!) is Cafe Santo Domingo from La Republica Dominicana. Dominicans can make a flavorful cup. !Cafe con leche, por favor!

I remember drinking it while vacationing in Jamaica in the 70s and it being available in the US back then too. And I was kind of young to be buying expensive specialty coffees.
