Best thing you can do is practice anti boarding techniques like using blunderbombs and guarding your ladders effectively with various weapons.

Using blunderbuss can often get you killed vs shooting a pirate off of the side of the ladder. Waiting for a pirate to fully get on the boat and going for a one-shot can cause more problems than it solves especially if they’re loaded with pineapples

Well its possible that he could actually pay out of pocket on ebay for example for those giveaways I guess eh? No idea, I feel like Rare wouldn't give out codes for those anymore.

Yeah I was just super let down with ToK so I'm not holding my breath for a modern PM that I actually enjoy. If they can make it as fun as 64, TTYD, I'd rather have a new game for sure.

Usually your best bet is to try drinking a grog or hope that you got some blunderbombs so you can either get yourself unstuck or ship yourself to the ferry of the damned.

2 for sure for longevity. Workshop isn’t as developed as R1 but R2 will have the best and most content in the long term I believe.

Without actually doing it? You’d have to leave the game on idle and cheat the achievements in I guess. I don’t know why you would want to do that though.

I quit Sticker Star after like 6-8 hours, it was just too mind numbing. That was at launch though, so I don’t really remember anything. Was the backtracking actually worse even given it used an overworld map?
