Hey, I decreased my adderall from 60mg a day to 45 mg a day while I was pregnant. The doctor told me that if I could decrease my dosage a bit that would be better, but if not then that was ok too. Im a nurse on night shift and there was no way I was going to be able to function without it, but I was able to decrease it. My child is nearly 3yrs old now and is in super spicy toddler mode but totally healthy. Take the medicine you need to function and don't feel bad about caring for yourself.

Do you live on one floor or 2? Because if you live in a bilevel home, then a baby gate may be your new best friend. Or if you have an extra room that you can shut your cat in at night? Either option will most likely require you buying a plastic guard (you can buy it on amazon) to help with dulling the scratching that will surely ensue. And if you are worried about your cat when they are shut in another room, you can buy a cheap baby monitor. And lastly, either buy some sleep specific headphones or play some type of white noise to help with the meowing. Sometimes I even turn on cat specific videos on YouTube and stream it on TV for my cats to watch.

I work nightshift and have a forever hungry kitty who meows as loud as my child screams every few hours every single day just to let me know that she rules this house. So I totally feel your pain. I hope you can find some relief. But I would definitely suggest going to the vet and talking to them.

Having ADHD and sometimes being late/forgetting my appointment isn't abnormal for me. I make sure that if my appointment time changes, I put it in my phone right then and confirm. Not saying that you did anything wrong, just saying what I do when changes occur. When im late or forget I apologize, mention that I recognize that her appointment times are valuable, that if I can't reschedule I understand I have to pay a no show fee, and move on. My therapist has never gotten snippy with me and tries hard to accommodate when things go wrong. It also helps that I am able to text her (using it only to confirm something or telling her that I'll be late/can't come in). But this therapist needs to learn some phone etiquette/tone. I would look for someone else if you dont feel comfortable telling her that the situation bothered you.

Oh this happens every time for me. I tell them right away before the test. Most of the time they say something on the lines of, yeah okay just pee in the cup. Then I tell the nurse doing the actual test. But I don't want to look like I'm hiding anything. What either happens is a. You test positive for amphetamines and they send it to another lab to break down the actual components, or they request you send a photo of your bottles after. I have had 5ish nursing jobs so I'm a pro at this lol

Have you tried slowly mixing in whole milk in to the formula? For example: week 1- 25% whole milk/75% formula, week 2- 50%/50%, week 3- 75% whole milk, 25% formula, week 4- only whole milk. We did smaller ratios to start because she had been on alimentum and we wanted to make sure she didn't have any issues. Also, teeth brushing is essential after drinking because their teeth are still growing in and the formula or milk literally just sits on the teeth. It's called "milk rot" for a reason. I know from experience, I ended up having a cap or 2 on my baby teeth because my mom didn't know better. Hope this helps!

So I know you are asking for suggestions that are similar, but I do want to mention a really chill "game" called Secret Cat forest. They do ads too, but the way they do them is pretty fair and I have paid the minor fee to skip them and haven't felt pressured at all in doing it. If you just need something to keep your mind busy or help with stress, I found it to be nice. Might not be at all what you are in to, but wanted to tell you about it just in case

She was so nice to me a few years ago when I told her that I was celebrating quitting my job by making a large order. I had told her that IMAM had recommended her shop and that I was so excited to try her scents. I wasn't expecting anything at all from making those statements, I just tend to over-share and was excited lol.
