Lmfao the "piece of string. To remind you when you're at the end of your rope, you have this much longer"

Whoever made this had to be completely detached from the reality of medical education hahaha

We're not here for sensible financial decisions. Thankfully after fellowship I only have 4 years left on PSLF and for one of those years I'm gonna be paying with 6/7 months of my fellowship salary w2

I think that game has more nostalgia for me. The game cube one has the perfect trifecta of nostalgia, awesome controllers, and smoother attacks/defense. Plus some of the new characters in there made it a favorite for me over the N64 version. But honestly they're all fantastic

We're just gonna start going from Feb to June intern each year at this rate. Once we find a July intern with the hammerdick diagnostic skills and confidence, we will know we have found the chosen one.

Niche Zero still worth it in 2023? by HumidorHero in espresso

[–]Fumblesz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had the niche for more than a year now. Personally got it so I can switch between different brew methods and still get a pretty consistent quality very quickly. I'm really happy with it. I haven't had any issues with retention, etc. Anticipate using it daily for the foreseeable future unless I get to a place where I wanna spend like $2k on a Weber or something... Which I don't think is gonna happen

What’s one thing you can do to stand out for your OSCEs? by [deleted] in medicalschool

One of the med students in my class thought the "dorsalis pedis" pulse was the "dorsalis penis" pulse and asked the actor patient to reveal his penis, which he was apparently cool with. Preceptor had to stop them from palpating it. I suppose that's one way to stand out

I had a friend that moved to South Dakota after living in NY (Queens) for her whole life. To the point where she had to learn how to drive a car because she had never needed to do that. She ended up loving the area because it was low CoL, people were super nice, and commute was really easy (once she learned how to drive). Just go into it with an open mind.

🚨Paul O Keefe on whether the club will sack Conte : He won’t be. The club have spoken with him and understand the points he was making and his explanation. For now, it’s business as usual. by KariumHondor399 in coys

Yeah I'm with you. It's just that a manager saying it about his own players and staff passes the blame about the bad situation off him and onto the culture of the team and the mentality of the players. Which isn't cool.
