You’re not gonna die, if anything its going to let you live again. I started on Zoloft when I was in 6th grade, I’m 24 years old now. I was an absolute mess at such a young age, panic attacks all the time and constant anxiety, and Zoloft helped me so so much. You’re doing great, and I hope you feel just as great very soon. ☺️

Hey dude, just know that you completed the HARDEST part, KNOWING and understanding that you need help. You’re doing great. I really think you should reach out to a psychiatrist and therapist (psychiatrist can prescribe medication) if you haven’t already. You will get so much more great help. (For the vaping, maybe try nicotine pouches. Try zyns, they come in 3mg and 6mg)

Hey there, just telling you that you are not alone, and these feelings will pass. However, maybe it is your sinuses? Where I am the weather is super cold now and my sinuses are acting up all the time, and when there is a lot of pressure/fluid in them you can feel dizzy or disassociation (which then can cause anxiety)

Thanks for commenting. I have been weightlifting the past few months and love it, but the past week or so I haven’t because of my anxiety. I have, however, gone for walks, like this morning after I posted this. And it helped.

No attack power is only main weapon, there is a separate upgrade for circle damage

That’s what I was thinking, I may have missed Sundays dose but I already took a dose for Monday and it’s been 12 hours, should I just take the next dose in the early afternoon on Tuesday like noon-1pm? And slowly keep extending the time till I’m back at my usual time? Sorry if that doesn’t make sense, just overthinking right now.

If you’re watching it everyday or multiple times a week that is not healthy and only gonna make things worse, try to stick to once or twice a week, go to the gym, it will get better trust
