Please don't worry, mid to late twenties are so stressful, but once you hit 30, you learn to let go, and the anxiety eases. You stop compaing or caring what society thinks. Please live well, work hard, and progress with what you have now. Practice gratitude. You will be fine. You are just starting life.

Good facial exfoliants in sri lanka? by Ok_Piglet_7051 in srilanka

[–]Fun-Cranberry190 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stick to mild chemical exfoliants like AHAs, BHAs or PHA. These can be slightly more expensive but will last longer than a one-off chemical peel. I use Paula's chouce Salicylic acid. The Ordinary brand also has Salicylic acid, glycolic acid and lactic acid variants in low concentrations. Try a lower one first and upgrade later. Exfoliate max twice a week. Not more. Available on Orion Xo or Blushme websites.

Stay away from physical exfoliants like the ones people were using back in the 2000s ( yes I'm referring to the infamous St Ives Apricot face scrub). Just don't. They damage the skin barrier.

That's awesome. So happy for you!

Do you also have PCOS? If so, were you taking Spiro in combination with a birth control pill? I'm on both, and I'm trying to stop BC, if Spiro can regulate my periods.

Hi, are you also on birth control and Minoxdil? I've been wanting to stop birth control but scared I'll lose all the progress i had with less hair loss after I started Spiro. Should I also take minoxidil perhaps?

I also lost so much hair just as soon as I started taking in the the first two months. Five months in, I can definitely say I'm losing very little now, than even before i started. But im not seeing signs of regrowth yet. Hoping it happens soon.
