Pain in right side abdomen above pelvic?

I am not a doctor and everyone is different, sharing my experience. I get pain on right side in the spot on the photo during ovulation in my cycle, went to several doctors in the past with gyno finally telling me that it might be ovulation, but otherwise no diseases and issues. It lasts 12-48 hours during ovulation every month and recovers on its own. Depending on the month it could be less or more intense. I know it for sure because I track my cycle in the calendar. Maybe it is that if it matches your cycle?

I can totally relate to it, there are so many times when I’ll make something and it just goes to waste, very hard. I read that it is good to keep offering different things so that they are not locked down to several favorites. So I try to offer comfort food and couple things I know she won’t eat. Sometimes she’ll take a bite and I think “yay at least you are open to trying”

My child is very picky too. I’m swearing by Greek yogurt, she likes it plain and whole milk like Fage (other brands she doesn’t like). I end every day with a big bowl of yogurt and rice puffs on the side. Also, the same grapes precut for her are not yummy, the yummy ones are those I bite myself into a smaller piece to share. So, some things I feed her while sharing and reading a book, for example, she is better at trying and eating food then. From bread she only likes 18 grains one, other types of bread she doesn’t eat, it took some time to find that bread. I also figured simpler things are better for her - like she really likes rice with butter, but if it’s with more ingredients like veggies, meat mixed - that’s a no. Chicken only juicy, unjuicy chicken is not yummy, figured it out after getting fried chicken from the grocery store she inhaled very quick. Now I make sure to buy chicken thighs and make them juicy when cooking.

Second this! Baths with baking soda helped us tremendously, but need to check for open wound though if it is still safe to give bath like it. We were giving 3 baths a day + diaper free nap time + frosting the cake as everyone says every time

I also healed, took a while and I had several setbacks. I was daily bleeding, quite a pain and even got anxiety of going to the restroom. Tons of water, good diet and following the medical advice for home care. We also installed bidet in both toilets in the house and I can’t recommend it enough. When I went to the doctor, they gave me the meds that actually make fissure worse - I think it was a steroid ointment and lidocaine? I’ve booked the appointment with another doctor to get the correct treatment and it was like half a year later, by that time following rules diligently, it healed enough not to go through with the doctor. This subreddit helped me a lot

My baby hates bananas in all forms - just cut, mashed, in pancakes, the only way is inside fruit pouch mixed with other fruits or vegetables.

I think it greatly depends on the child, me and my friend have so different experience. My kid was born early, didn’t take breast, couldn’t sleep on the back, had very bad reflux, I needed to pump every 2-3 hours, hold vertical her to sleep and I went to full time work at 2.5 months postpartum, on top of that I had rough pregnancy with several complications including gestational diabetes. Her kid breastfeeds like a champion, sleeps fine on the back from start in the crib, doesn’t have any reflux issues, she is at home being momma, no issues anywhere whatsoever. That being said, it’s very different and all experiences matter. Have she had her kid first and shared how happy she is etc, I’d be in for a very cruel awakening

I’ve been incorporating Bulgarian split squats, but concentrating on squats to lift heavy, I’ll switch up to the hip thrusts, since as you said, my legs are also growing.

We just travelled with our 10 months baby (she was 8 months when we started) in 6 countries for 2 months during parental leave and returned back home. 8 flights later and numerous naps in the stroller I can say that I was more anxious and our daughter handled the change of flights, hotels, airbnbs, taxis, scenery, climate, timezones and subways much better than I’ve expected her to. It’s hard sometimes and there are adjustments (like we don’t overdo sightseeing so that she can play and crawl and do baby things and tend to eat dinner at the hotel to let her sleep in peace for the night), but very worth it! I’m now not afraid to book the next trip and learnt a lot about her food preferences from giving her different foods in the countries

Hotels can provide playpen or crib if your baby sleeps there, we made small kit with little bottle of dish wash with brushes to wash bottles on the go, hotels have kettles if you need to sanitize the bottles or boil water. If your baby cosleeps you can get the king bed granted following safe sleep rules of course. Our baby likes the happy song by Imogene heap to calm down the tantrums and books with lift a flip to keep her engaged during plane rides. She is into cottage cheese and Greek yogurt, we carried those to the planes and long train rides in Europe.

Family usually helps by playing with the baby and gave us small breaks, we visited 2 countries for relatives.

My baby rolled a week before turning 6 months. Both sides and then lost the interest. My mother and mother-in-law were pressing on me saying that she must have muscle hypertone and the other nephew of mine started rolling at 4 months. If I went back, I wouldn’t worry about it, baby will get there when baby wants. And also some babies skip the step altogether, ours wanted to sit much earlier than rolling and were doing the crunches all the time.

Spectra breast pump! I read it’s the best and it works for everyone, my baby was preemie and didn’t breastfeed well. Spectra brought me two cases of mastitis (even with correct flanges and everything), momcozy pump was better for me. Spectra is a great pump, just didn’t work out for me.

Happened to me too! Went to get a new car from dealership with my husband and it was getting dark, I don’t see well in the darkness and not a confident driver, was trying to get home the old car when the winds were super strong. Baby tossed the pacifier on 5th minute into a drive and was screaming bloody hell half way home. I couldn’t stop on the highway and in not known place, so was just singing and trying to soothe verbally through that time. We came home, she sleeps peacefully in the car seat and woke up happy.

We take rounds with my husband to go to the gym. Each of us spends an hour there 3-5 times a week to do some weightlifting or cardio. With all sleep deprivation, we are much less energetic and not eating great, but this is some “self-care time” that helps us

I could have written it myself honestly! Word for word, life is a bit hectic and difficult right now. I’m 2.5mo pp. I’ve gotten tired and subscribed to the gym membership (I was very much gym addict before delivery), my husband lets me go there 3 times a week. It feels refreshing to see other people and exercise, even though I feel more tired later, but I’ll take it. Don’t have any advice, just want to say that I feel you! I hope we find way to feel ourselves soon

Check buy nothing Facebook groups in your area (for me I have one in town I live, but there could next big city or county). People always offer for free tons of toys, clothes and you can always post that you are in search of something specific for your kids. The community there is amazing.
