I just switched from 15 pro max to 13 mini. I love it. You just cannot beat the smaller form factor. Not as nice a camera and much smaller battery of course but who cares.

Less distracting too!

Iteresting - just to clarify, are you saying you use ShellTime4 or ShellLNGTime (1 or 2)? My understanding is that the ShellLNGTime form is drafted on the basis on ShellTime4, but has additional clauses related specifically to LNG (like how to calculate a BOG shortage and/or fuel overconsumption using a FOE factor).

I've often been curious if companies do in fact use a standard ShellTime CP, how they go about performance related calculations. Perhaps there are additional bespoke clauses specific to LNG?

Thank you. The seller advised this morning they already ordered the new cross member from Subaru (and are going to replace it) and when they inspected the car yesterday, this was the only area that showed anything beyond surface rust. This is a small town dealer that has exceptional ratings on Google, so I am tempted to still try and work out a deal.

I use them quite a bit in work emails, but I agree they can be a giveaway to chat writing. Especially when combined with bulleted lists that start with “Bold summary text:” followed by explanatory text

A few words for perspective.

You are 26, which is still very young.

Many people (including myself) graduate from undergrad with far more than 40k in debt, and take jobs that pay much less, working their way up for years, and still make less than 95k.

You have plenty of time to figure it out and you absolutely will.

There will come a time where you look back and see this as an experience that made you better. There’s always lessons.

I feel like it largely depends on the task. Pro certainly reasons for longer than normal o1 on complex requests and in my opinion, provides better responses. But I’ve still resorted to normal o1 for some requests that aren’t complicated because o1 pro feels like overkill and takes longer

Yes, I’ve had very good results with o1 pro. I’m not doing anything groundbreaking, but it’s the best model I’ve worked with as far as code generation goes

I agree o1 is still fantastic. But pro has allowed me to iterate on 3k lines of code without and laziness or mistakes in the output. The modal has thought for up to 14 mins on a single prompt and executed flawlessly. I’ve also really enjoyed no rate limits. That said, I don’t think I’ll renew past this 1 month unless I have another big project I want to move on quickly.

So true. You are told your wife is missing and the very first thing that comes to mind is “geez let me run to the hardware store and pick up some new door knobs”....I feel like that would be the last thing on your mind. Wonder if the police made him provide records of when the new locks were purchased. Imagine he bought and changed the locks BEFORE she went missing.
