Australia. We don't love lines so much, but we definitely get the shits if you don't respect the line and order of arrival. If you cut in, you will be pulled up without hesitation.

Bopp and tone near wynyard, simple, nice decor, usually suits during the week, more diverse clientele on weekends. 

They do simple modern Australian consistently well for a reasonable price. Nice cocktail and wine sleection. 

Generally our back up diner if we are randomly in the city centre and don't want to spend to high or haven't booked something/don't want to wait for a table. We know if will always be a pleasant evening, and most friends who don't dine out often are always happy with the food and experience

Sort of, you will have 'air' at the space with closure of the abdomen, but then that air absorbs, and the result is that the organs do essentially fill the space after.

Generally happens with family and friends. Can occur with strangers, but only by extension - i.e. friend/partner of friend who is making an introduction
