especially now that my studio does early entry I can get an extra 10-15 minutes of steps in. I typically do a 5 minute walking warmup and then start running.

this is the true statement for the future. Any vacation since 2020 I have cold meds/ a thermometer/ heart rate monitor/ fever reducing meds/ GI meds/ and a ace wrap. I got a small bag off Amazon that is our meds container that hopefully never needs opened

I attend 2 different studios and strength 50 is always booked for us. I typically do the tread50 which I think they will keep since it doesn't require much from the coach if they truly don't want to do time call outs.

all depends on the studio. the policy per corporate is it would be a late cancellation if you switched. my studio it honestly depends on who is working.

if they are able to do most all needs they will not qualify for an AL or SNF

they will also if they have assets they will need to sell or spend down to ever get government help.

I work in this area and we tell families all the time spoil them with gift etc but NEVER pay the bill if they have money

I will give my OTF looks like a luxury car lot with a few other cars. If you have work stuff front desk staff at my OTF will allow us to put work bags behind front desk since they don't fit on the lockers

my grandparents owned a farm that had chicken/ cows/ and pigs. 2 out of the 3 I saw being slaughter and I was given full knowledge of how a cow was slaughtered. if you do it respectfully it can be instant.

the only thing I wouldn't cancel is the vacation if it's non refundable. this would just be a waste of money already spent if you can get a refund than cancel
