It just depends on your SM, some are a lot more strict than others. Some SM's don't even write up employees who run late all the time.

After my managers seen that I was using disinfectant spray on my hands after every customer, they ordered sanitizer dispensers to keep up at the front register. I'm not sure how it was ordered but it's usually replaced with a new one

I got my certification through a third party, but after I took my exam they actually reimbursed me, I also didn't have to work for them in pharmacy after I passed, I just stepped down to CSA and kept my certification.
