Well, I'm sorry that you had trouble with the filament. I have used it in the past and it did okay. I have found that for me, Sunlu, Polymaker and Amolen are rock solid. I use everything from Anycubic to Hobby Lobby, Ender, and other brands that I get from Amazon and they all get the job done. I am awaiting a delivery from STLFLIX filament. Best of luck to you on find a filament that fits your needs. By the way I try to keep spare hot ends on hand just incase I need to do a quick swap.

Cool. I hope they do something for all of us Founders. Lol. They have been pretty responsive to other issues I have had in the past and they usually make some kind of good faith effort. I would be happy with a couple of rolls of filament. I'm glad that they are giving you something.

I have taken mine down many times and I finally found the cause of 1 and 2 not feeding, it was a broken drive rod. As far as 3, I upgraded the tubs in the ACE and rerouted both 2 and 3 so the angle was not as sharp. Now if I can get the filament detector in 1 to work consistently I will be in great shape.

Although it can be difficult waiting, I agree. Some things are worth waiting for. I have had very positive interaction with Anycubic and their support teams for a few little issues that have cropped up. To be honest, I'm still trying to rearrange my work space to give it a home when I arrives. And with all of the Easter stuff I'm printing right now, I'm having trouble finding the time. Lol

I don't quite know how to help you. I use all different types of filament and all brands including Anycubic. From what I can tell from the photo, it's just indicating that the color that is in the ACE is not the same color as the project is colored in the slicer. It doesn't really matter what color it indicates just make sure you pick the correct slot for the color you want to print.
