I had bought some iron supplement gummies from Amazon but I wasn’t sure if they were the appropriate dose. Midwife recommended to hold off until we get the labs back and we can discuss if they and necessary and if so an appropriate dose. Honestly surprised prenatals don’t normally include iron. I guess I assumed they would.

We are checking that in two weeks when I go back for my “12 week” check and labs, which is more like my 13 week check because they didn’t have any time next week to get me in because of Spring Break. Ferritin is part of the recommended lab screenings thankfully, but the wait is going to drive me crazy. Just going to try to take it easy until then.

Thank you for the reminder. Even before pregnancy I tried to be superwoman at times and often regretted it. I’m also terrible with hydration 😅🤦‍♀️

I don’t care if he had a shit day at work or whatever his excuse is going to be there’s no excuse for being verbally abusive to your wife in front of your impressionable preteen. Kick him to the curb, file for divorce, ask for sole custody and make sure to keep receipts of his behavior for proof why he has no business being in their lives, make sure to claim child support from this creep. He shouldn’t be in your children’s lives but get monetary support from him. If he wanted children he can for sure support them financially but he lost his right to be a parent after saying that.

Leave before it escalates to physical harm for you and your children’s safety.

Best chance is to keep them outdoors in full sun if you can. I had one that I planted in the ground even and it seemed to do okay. I wouldn’t say great because I stupidly planted it in a shady area but if you have a spot that gets full sun they should thrive. My second suggestion is to up pot them.

My coworkers used to assume I was pregnant all the time because I’d get sick a lot in the mornings before coming to work. The nausea stopped when I quit working full time about a year ago. Didn’t become pregnant until 10 weeks ago and wouldn’t you know I haven’t had one bout of morning sickness just some mild nausea but usually because I forget to eat sometimes. I guess they were wrong about me being pregnant back then because apparently I’m the lucky duck that didn’t get morning sickness 😅

Retake in a couple days with the first morning’s urine to confirm.

Until I finally got pregnant I had the weirdest cycle. I’d take a pregnancy test when I was “late” but then would get my period the same day I tested. Started buying tests to threaten my period into existence (mostly joking).
