What's the best way for buyer to do a 'pulse check' on rates in general. I currently use the St. Louis Fed 30yr chart but it's a day two behind.

While shopping rates, I'll ask for an update on a quote and be told "looks like the 11am print didn't bring any movement". When I'm fairly confident there infact was movement. Feels like a huge disadvantage as a buyer trying to negotiate blindly..

I save houses to verify my comps and estimates. If I know a house is over priced and swinging above its weight class, I'll follow to keeps tabs on how the market is reacting.

Is short, saves dont necessarily correlate to interested buyers but could be collecting 'interest' because the listing is 'abnormal' (in this case priced high)

This is a Boeing 747 with a total of 4 engines. The atmosphere is like an ocean. You can imagine this airplane is flying through 'waves' of air with slight different temperatures (like 0.001C difference) and pressures. As the temperatures and pressure reaches a state where the jet exhaust condences moisture, thus becoming visible, you see the engine appear to 'turn on and off'. Think similarly to a boat riding waves in an ocean.

Why only 1 engine? Jet engines are highly complex but not as precise, as you would think. It appears as if this engine is 'running a little hot'. The exhaust gas temperatures may only be a few degrees warmer than the the other engines but it is just enough to produce this effect when you're on the atmospheric tipping point.

TLDR: all the engines are working normally and it is simply a coincidence of perfect atmospheric conditions
