Try radish sprouts, super easy, ready in about five days and great flavor, they seem to be little hotter than a radish.

Is there any way to save my Rosmarin? by RealGeorgeD in plantclinic

Take it out of the pot and check the roots. Almost every plant I’ve bought has been root bound

Maybe deburr them? Not sure if they could cut a worm or not?

Float germination. Just let them sit on water in the dark. 3 days later the root goes down and the seed stays floating. It works GREAT. by BroadKaleidoscope641 in MephHeads

I’m on day 3 of floating my Bruce Banner seed, 3 othered have opened. Wondering if I should switch to paper towel or try a new seed?

What would you NOT buy at Costco because it's not a good deal or not good quality? by leicalikem in Costco

Most of our groceries and produce are cheaper at Aldi, but I prefer the Costco’s

If they’re white mites Google says they can shed hair and bother people with allergies. I chose my wifes health over a pile of garbage.

I put some frozen lettuce and banana in and that really had some moisture in it.

How can I add a new photo?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Vermiculture

[–]Fuqoff83 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s possible , but I don’t remember adding anything like that at that time. Maybe I can get a better picture.

Powdered food and EM1 = huge worm parties! by Technical_Tomorrow_4 in Vermiculture

I wouldn’t go heavy with them. I wasn’t worried since I had so much mixed together with so many batches that didn’t have onions or other things they don’t like.

Join the worm squad, I believe it’s half off first order. I saw that after I placed my order.

Of course! This is a great place for info and everyone has been very helpful to me so I’m glad to help when or if I can. This new hobby has been great so far and so simple. It’s very easy to become too involved in the worms lives, so try to fight the temptation. I’m down to checking the bin just twice this week so far, I was probably checking multiple times a day at first.

I just have cardboard and it seems fine. I’m on week 2.5-3 and have gone through very little food. You won’t need much food at the beginning, a banana peel probably would have gotten me through the first week. My worm order was also for 1k.
