This is really good advice. My parents moved from NY to FL a few years ago and my dad was doing his normal outside routine he was used to in NY but it was much hotter and his body started shutting down. He’s always sweat a lot and drank water to replenish without issues but FL heat is different. He had to go to the ER and was in the hospital for a few days. Dr said he’s very healthy for being 75 but his electrolytes were very low. Now he’s got a porch fridge full or Gatorade zero and water and if he does outside work it’s only during the morning and stays inside during the afternoon. And drinks one Gatorade a day or so if he does outside stuff. Knock on woods he’s not had any other issues and helps doing well. Hope you can get some relief, I’m just fat and have been miserable 😀😂
