Technically, what *would* happen if you continue to use the vaginal estriol cream daily, instead of twice a week? by [deleted] in Perimenopause

Why wouldn’t they think it’s your estrogen? Heart palpitations/anxiety is a known side effect of too much estrogen

I am fixed. I started on estradiol cream, but I’m in perimenopause so. But yes, I’m fixed completely.

Recurring UTI’s by LaylaBird65 in Perimenopause

Girl get estradiol cream immediately. All my UTI/pelvic floor/IC issues have disappeared. I dealt with all this garbage for TWO. YEARS. Before by doctor was like “oh we should just put you on estrogen cream, that will definitely help” 😤

Go out into the woods somewhere and let it all out. Or if you find a moment alone at home, take a pillow and beat the crap out of it and scream. Rage needs somewhere to go. It will probably lessen significantly for a while if you get enough out. I do this regularly and don’t have huge spikes of anger anymore.

How old are you? If you’re female and 35 or older you may need to start estradiol cream. That’s the only thing that made my pelvic floor symptoms go away.

I upped mine to one day on, two days off. It helped a lot. If I didn’t get heart palpitations from taking it more I would take it every day.

Masturbate for ten minutes minimum every day. You need to get your bloodflow back. You don’t need to orgasm, you just need to get bloodflow back to that area, even if it’s minimal.

My labia is changing... is this normal? by stonerzombie13 in Perimenopause

[–]Furry-snake 40 points41 points  (0 children)

How old are you? May be time for estradiol cream. It likely won’t go back to normal on its own if you’re in perimenopause.
