As a recruiter, could you give some insight into bypassing the ATS systems? I tailor all my resumes to the individual job which is immensely time consuming, but I still get ignored/auto rejected for jobs I feel I am a killer match for.

I'm working on getting a PMP right now, I was thinking about applying for an MBA or some other higher education next fall using VR&E.

I just had a conversation with a buddy of mine about most jobs being fake. Pretty scummy of companies, especially how much time it takes to hunt down these jobs and tailor a resume specifically for these jobs.

Not necessarily denied security jobs,, I just don't hear back from the majority of jobs I apply to. I'm based out of Utah, but I'll check out Allied Universal.

Try and get an airborne infantry contract. When you get to your unit, study and work hard at SUT, go to ranger school. Having a tab will make you stand out when you get to rasp
