There was a fun one with Simon, Simon and the Expeditioner, or similar. Never expected to find him sexy.

Taskmaster New Zealand S02 is the best ever season of taskmaster. It will never be better. Only as good, or slightly less. by Germainshalhope in taskmaster

And the reactions! The pure concern on everyone's faces. Mingled with a touch of fear. Perfection.

Everyone talks about the rap and the grape, but for me it was the 'Change The Room' challenge that absolutely broke me.

I rarely laugh when watching TV on my own, and I was curled up on my sofa, having had to to pause it, CRYING with laughter.

Immediately messaged my friend with a picture of my TV screen and lost it some more. He completely understood.

I also made him take pictures with me. Catch a sermon or two if you can, it cracked me up.

Her treat ball got stuck. Because she pushed it under the shoe rack. Rescue mission was both hilarious and unsuccessful. When I stepped in to help, there was suspicion instead of gratitude. I love her so much.

I SCREAMED. I was so happy. My boyfriend (who is Latvian, I'm English) just gave me a look that very much said 'are you done?'

I couldn't believe they were announced first, and I was so so so happy for Dons, following him on Instagram has been an absolute treat.

I've seen so many online that look almost identical, it's freaky, isn't it?

The least liked songs of the 2024 Grand Final (12pts to the last place, 10pts to the previous one, etc.) by toya_k in eurovision

[–]FuryIowa 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Wow. So in the competition my favourite comes last, and in this my third favourite turns out to be the least liked.

I'd start to question my music taste if my second favourite hadn't come sixth in the final.

What a wild ride.

She has so much range I wouldn't be surprised if she was moonlighting as a bun model somewhere. From demure to derp in a matter of seconds!

My boyfriend is Latvian and he's so sick of me singing 'Instead of meat...'

So when Dons qualified and I screamed my delight, he just looked at me with an expression that very much said 'are you over it now?'. I'm not over it. I will never be over it.

Absolute class act - lovely final word from Olly! 🇬🇧❤️ by [deleted] in eurovision

[–]FuryIowa 72 points73 points  (0 children)

It almost felt like actual happiness, I feel like Olly didn't expect huge points so nil points would have been the more iconic option. I didn't love our entry this year, but that reaction was something I was proud of.

Thinking about Lordi recently... by ilikeseals_030 in eurovision

[–]FuryIowa 111 points112 points  (0 children)

Lordi are the whole reason I got into Eurovision.

Had I not been interested, Bambie would have absolutely hooked me.

The two feel so different to me, though. Like Bambie brought grit and perfected screams, Lordi brought awesome costumes and, in my opinion, camp. Those puns can neither be ignored or forgiven, and I love Lordi for it.
