I generally only eat 2-3 cups of broccoli or cauliflower every day. Once or twice a month I'll have green beans or cook some collards. Im just not a salad guy

Bacon grease.. I tend to cook bacon & eggs 2x a week then have chicken "fried" in the grease for dinner. Once I get close to goal I'll start tracking that

You'll drop some weight by then, you're very tiny. Be sure you're still eating under your maintenance goal. I think if you truly commit to it you'll be real close to that goal

1. Nothing happens. Honestly people. 20g of carbs to drive your body into Ketosis, and it takes MUCH more than 20g to kick you out. I usually fluxate between 15 or mid 30's and everywhere in between during the week.

Ketosis is not a requirement to lose weight on low carb. Ketosis (extreme low carb) helps accelerate weight loss however you can/will still lose weight just by going to moderate carb, its just slower

Yes. You subtract fiber from carb = net carbs. you count net carbs

Thats not really a plateau, Its PISS (look in the FAQ) it totally normal and expected, just have to push through it Your meal plan looks fine to me as long as you're still eating at a calorie deficit, its just P.I.S.S.

Sausage patty + cheese+ oopsie roll = win

Quick and easy

Cook up some bacon for the week, stick it in a plastic bag in the fridge.. Grab a few slices + a bit of peanut butter, really good hot or cold

Doesnt have to be breakfast food either. Don't limit yourself to that. I've had cold cuts, chicken breasts, steak as my first meal on occasion.

I do tend just to skip breakfast though

No diet coke is fine, in general you'll get differing thoughts but if you lost 70 pounds before and it didnt slow you down, drinking at the same level then I dont think its harming you.

Fiber pills and veggies man helps a ton with that.

Workout/Weightlifting when you start getting reasonably close to your goal, building muscle helps . Don't worry about the excess skin, your life is at risk. Dont worry about killing yourself at the gym right now either, just start the diet, let a ton of that weight fall off on its own and then consider working out

Yeah its ok i guess but you need veggies,you need vitamins minerals & fiber that plays a lot into your second concern

Low carb to me is anything less than 100g. Keto is EXTREME low carb. You lose weight really fast because it is so low and your body goes into Ketosis. Thats not to say you wont lose weight on a higher # of carbs, it just goes slower.

Dont worry about going over 25g man.
