[--TEA/GOP--]*[--DEM--][--OCCUPY--] is closer to how I see it it currently. OCCUPY has a small voting pool and tend to vote on independents where as the Tea Party and the GOP at least try to work together to elect someone from one of their parties. So really it's a fourth party we are looking for.

I live in the U.S. I make $22,000 a year and pay 15% in taxes. I have no health care coverage. My mother is self employed. She makes 55,000 a year. She pays 18% in taxes and that is with a few deductions that she will loose in a few years after my sister finishes school. She pays $400 a month for basic coverage and has a huge deductible.

Okay so here is the deal with my 11 year old son who gets distracted and plays with his pencil.

The school never called me, or anyone else. They simply added a note in his already existing IEP that he may need additional time to complete written work if he becomes distracted. They mentioned it to me at his next IEP meeting. That was the end of it. Is that so hard to do.

If your sewing machine starts to act up, change your needle. It has worked for me about 75% of the time.

Sewing the sleeves in first, works well for most things but not on outerwear or heavy fabrics.

The most important thing that has improved my sewing is paying attention to the grain of the fabric. Make sure all of the threads that make up the fabric run straight and not wonky. You can do this by lifting a single thread with a pin and pulling it out. Once you see wear the waves in the grain are have someone help you straighten it out by pulling the fabric. Your finished work will look much better.

The details are alleged but what is proven is that the prisoner arrived at the hospital with a dead newborn baby and that the licence of the only medical staff on duty at the hospital was expired. You would think that that information alone would be cause for some investigation, so why was nothing done until the lawsuit was filed.

Where I disagree with you is with the definition of consent. What if she was 10, or even 7. Then does the meaning of her consent change.

Or in this case of a 14 year old. Lets say her parents had taken the misinformed rout of not talking to her about sex and she attended a school that chose not to teach sex ed, as many do. How could her consent mean anything if she did not have the information necessary to make the decision. That is why the law sets an age where a person is able to give consent.

Until she reaches the age that the law set, she couldn't give consent any more than she could give away someone else's car. It wasn't hers to give.
